I am president of Forni-Tecnica and SPS. From the synergy of these two companies we have developed a very eco-friendly system for industrial production of bread.
The system purifies ethanol with no carbon dioxide production. The system is production integrated - an inverter controls the running pump so that aspiration can be adapted to production requirements via a PLC controlling the system.
Infrared radiation is trapped inside the machine thanks to a particular kind of greenhouse effect. Scientists have confirmed that this radiation is not released into the environment and does not contribute to global warming.
Advantages
- EEPS system solves a problem encountered in ethanol elimination in accordance with main enviromental regulations
- Water that include impurities is purified with a special interchangeable filter that has been developed for processing towers
- Since the pumps may also need cleaning, a quickly interchangeable set of filters has been developed. Filters can be substituted without the need to stop production
- Recycled water is the unique requirement
